She's using some buffs. If I remember correctly from what I noticed once with my artillery if you use magical breeze only matk will raise with buffs. She's using priest buffs, merc buff too I think and probably some buff food and not sure where they are, but in manti you can get 100% atk buffs too.     
No, it's not that. If she used any external buffs she'd be having huge physical too, since buffs don't discriminate.
But she only has huge magical.     
This is a bit late but i'd like to tell you that under magical breeze, buffs will have about x2 effect, PA unchanged but MA gets buffed twice e.g merc buffs 1.8k PA/MA -> (3.6*1.12)k MA for artilery, and zero PA, same w/ priest's or potion.

      Yeah, not really impressive, thinking about the CN acro that has 50k phys and fullFD, but KR is not CN...
