Comment: Freeze chance is still 40%. Take note that the new dmg shown here is PER icicle whereas the old description shows the total dmg.  Since i hav no idea how many icicles the ball creates, i can't compared dmg for the old and new version.

Comment: The effect is exactly the same as before, but now the CD = 0sec. You can only learn the 1st level though, since the 2nd lvl need lvl 55 again. This skill is actually quite good when the CD is 0. However, the 20%dmg increase might not compensate back the major nerf experienced by fire skills in general.

Comment:  As compared to pre-T4, the chance is reduced by 5%, but the cd is reduced by 1.5sec.

If the 3-way fireball is used, each fireball is 50% dmg at 3rd stage charging.

Comment: Thank God! The dev has not given up on FU yet. Huge damage increase and NO hit limitation! The prime DPS skill of FU is here to stay ! Ignore the previous rumors on imposing a 8-hit limit on this skill.

Comment: Erm, the dmg turn out to be almost the same... however, with the new buff system, linear ray is at a disadvantage. Why?
Lets assume priest buff giv 20%, Att = 8000
Old Linear Ray:  
No Buff - 2.43 * 8000 +3168 = 22608
With Buff - 2.43 * 8000 * 1.2  + 3168 = 23328 + 3168 = 26496
Dmg increase from 20% buff = 17%
New Linear Ray:
No Buff - 0.73 * 8000 +21812 = 27652
With Buff -  0.73*8000*1.2 + 21812 = 7008 + 21812 = 28820
Dmg increase from 20% buff = 4%
Now do you see the ridiculously small dmg increase from the priest buff and from boosting your own raw mag attack. Why is this happening?
This is due to the unbalance proprotion between the portion of dmg contributed by the amp and additioanal dmg. The new Linear Ray has very low amp and too high additional dmg. This combination limits the potential of this skill although overall, it does give higher dmg after the change.

Comment: According to Azure research, the current Laser cutter skill coefficient is already 1.5x when the beam do wall-banging. So this is not actually new, but just a clear explaination of the mechanics. So, based on the board dmg, it is actualy a dmg nerf of ~20%. The cd is only 15sec though.

Linear Ray EX
Lv1: Charge up to 3 stages: stage 1- 100%, stage 2- 125%, stage 3- 150% (200%)
Comment: Unfortunately, the 100% here means no dmg boost at 1st stage charing and only a max of 50% dmg increase at 3rd stage charging. This actually make it slightly worse than before.

Arcane
Lv1: 12% attack increase, MP consumption 1.24 times, duration 180sec. Example of calculation: (350%+12%) +2345
Comment:  The duration increases to 180sec, but the attack increase is cut to 12% only.
Despite the announced new changes to buff calculation, the example of arcane given in skill description still shows that it's added to the skill amp before multiplying the m.att. Half Sugar reported that, the skill description is written wrong: 12% should be multiplied directly to your mag attack before all skilll calculation.

Comment: the duration is halved, but who cares, nobody use it anyway.

Comment:  ~10% overall dmg nerf.  I guess the developer is loving Smasher more, than Majesty. No change to Gravity ball EX. The cd is lowered to 27sec.

      if it's going to do full dmg from first hit we can just cancel it mid cast and go for the next skill while rain does it's damage.

      Thank you! Btw i ask you this since someone in Cherry Credits Dragon Nest Forums posted this changes about priests;

      Skill Changes:

      Priest

      Grand Cross

      Each enemy will only receive 5% of the dmg after being hits 5 times.

      Mind Breaker

      Deal additional 30% dmg to surrounding enemy.

      Miracle Relic

      Deal additional 25% dmg to surrounding when summoning.

      Striking

      With the above calculation striking will now have more significant changes... and prove more usefulness in the party... XD


      Crusader:

      Judgement Hammer

      Deal additional 50% dmg if the target receive full hits.

        Fellow Force user, i have some bad news...

        Time accel will be nerf significantly to something like 40% cd reduce only, down to almost the same level as acro's spirit boost.

        This might shake the role of FU in 8 man nest.. big time...........
