Comment: A big nerf, in terms of skill coefficient of this skills. The hit restriction limits the dmg of this skill when hitting large size monster. Also, it will not generate 5 waves anymore, no matter how high you level this skill.

This will diminish the effect of raw phy attack on final dmg output, since the contributions from the % amp and raw phy attack are lessen compared to the current version.

Overall, i think this will make devastating howl easier to be used in GDN, for example covering Blackhole of kalahan and Bug Swarm Attack of Green Dragon. The CD is cut to 50~sec only in T4-1 test server.

Comment: Major revamp for this skill. Duration is an astounding 180sec! It adds not only phy attack, but magical attack too! Woots! However, instead of % attack boost, it has become a raw attack increase instead. Lets look at what happen if you are wearing +1 skill accessory:
Lv4 (Lv6): duration 180sec (33sec), phy & mag attack +2081 (+38%), crit +3320 (+38%), stun +20% (+38%)
Not too shabby, especially the +2081 attack ^_^, but the crit bonus is significantly lower than now though.
