* Skill data is extracted from KDN test server client v6 by Duowan.
* only lvl1 and max lvl at lvl50 cap data will be shown
* the data for other skill level can be found in the reference
* the current skills data is shown in the bracket () behind the test server skill data. Example: Test server skill data (current official server skill data)
* Damage Buff/Nerf comparison will be based on lv50 cap , with an average attack stats of 8000.

Comment: A big nerf, in terms of skill coefficient of this skills. The hit restriction limits the dmg of this skill when hitting large size monster. Also, it will not generate 5 waves anymore, no matter how high you level this skill.

Comment: I am not quite sure how many hits does this skill do on boss monster (so i can't do any good comparison whether it's nerf or boost). However, i believe this is much better than the version in T4-1. 5 waves are generated after lv6.

Hemorrahage

Wearing skill accessory give -16% phy/mag att reduction, but the duration is constant at 10sec regardless of level. The good news is, SP cost is very low to get it max. Might need it to supplement the nerf version of devastating howl (see below)

Comment: Although the amp is smaller, it's actually a ~30% boost since the additional damage is crazily high. if you notice, the %amp in most skill changes is reduced but the additional dmg is boosted. This implies that, a large portion of the overall dmg output will be generated from the additional dmg, as well as the skill amp. This will diminish the effect of raw phy attack on final dmg output, since the contributions from the % amp and raw phy attack are lessen compared to the current version.

Comment: Duration is doubled , but the effect is cut by half. Wearing a +1 skill accessory give an additional 10% att reduction. You could also consider stacking 12% more attack reduction from taunting howl to make it more effective. Overall, i think this will make devastating howl easier to be used in GDN, for example covering Blackhole of kalahan and Bug Swarm Attack of Green Dragon. The CD is cut to 50~sec only in T4-1 test server.

Lv3 (Lv5): duration 180sec (32sec), phy & mag attack +1312 (+25%), crit + 1800 (+37%), stun + 20% (+37%)
Comment: Major revamp for this skill. Duration is an astounding 180sec! It adds not only phy attack, but magical attack too! Woots! However, instead of % attack boost, it has become a raw attack increase instead. Lets look at what happen if you are wearing +1 skill accessory:
Lv4 (Lv6):  duration 180sec (33sec), phy & mag attack +2081 (+38%), crit +3320 (+38%), stun +20% (+38%)
Not too shabby, especially the +2081 attack ^_^, but the crit bonus is significantly lower than now though.

Comment: A small nerf in chance. Surprisingly, you CANT even learn lv2 of this skill at lv50 cap since the next level requires lv55.

Comment: About ~10% dmg increase. Longer bone break duration, with higher additional dmg. Lets see what happen if you equip +1 skill accessory:
Lv2: 520%+24464 (661.8%+3412), each hit induce additional 800 dmg (478 dmg), duration 15sec (11sec)

      i guess they boost the damage of the skills to coup up of the new crit mechanism(crit nerf due to defense is not ignored anymore...).

      having a crit build will not be a big cap anymore on non crit build compare to present.

          What is the different between physical atk and magic atk?
          From what i see, Gladiator and ML used to have different atk pattern but dealing the same dmg but now physical atk seem better.

          1 STR = 0.5 pDMG, 2.5 stun, 3 para, 3 para resist
          1 INT = 35 MP, 0.5 mDMG, 0.8 mDEF

          Yea, INT is better due to mDEF compare to status resist but is this all the different?

          Well having gone through the changes, its sortoff of what i anticipated with the change to crit mechanics and existing defences. Its interesting to see that they've standardised all the ultimates. This makes Great Wave better than Infinity Edge in theory now given we will no longer be able to ignore armor and most mobs will have a lower mdef and higher pdef.

          The nerf to crescent cleave and moon blade dance is huge though. even considering the lower mdef of most mobs as the dmg is essentially capped. With ML's already being sub-par in comparison to EL, and other mdmg classes, i don't think they needed a nerf in this area...

          Seems like i'll be going full physical dmg if possible for my glad, which is fine i guess as it'll give me easier access to EX skills in the future. I'm really like the lower CD to evasion slash, it gives glad's much more utility and i'm now tempted to get a skill ring just to reduce the CD to 9sec flat as i love chaining this skill with my combos.

          Still, waiting to see the effects of Infinity Edge's final hit, but i don't have high expectations as i imagine it'll probably be something along the lines of an additional 50% of your character's damage.

          Overall (if these changes remain), i don't see there being that much of a damage boost for gladiators. We won't be able to ignore armor through crits anymore and as more mobs have higher pdef, this will hamper our damage still. If the elemental mechanic changes come into effect, i believe this will be the next step forwards for gladiators instead. Is the time for water/fire/light/dark ele SM? I'd love it if so.

          In terms of merc....

          Wow, the lowering of dmg reduction to deva howl is huge. Seeing that i had hoped that maybe maelstrom howl might become another party debuffer but that doesn't seem to be the case. The nerfs to taunting howl is also disheartening because it kills any possibility of me creating my tank merc .

          And what where they thinking when they looked at disenchanting howl -____-

          Most mercs already drop this skill devs! This was your chance to make it more useful! Overall a nerf to the merc's utility imo.

          The changes to skill dmgs are interesting given merc has only recently had a class change itself....On another note, Gigantic Bomber might finally become a decent DPS skill worthy of its name rather than simply being the filler ultimate destroyers take to access their destroyer skills~
