As for Cash-Shop ring, all of them can be bought through Auction House.I'll recommend getting the ring with just 25Agility(2nd ring).
Potential:
As you already know, Stats are randomly given when you awake potential in an item.
Epic can have up to 4 potential, without having penalty.
Rare can have up to 3 potential, without having penalty.
Magic can have up to 2 potential, without having penalty.
(Penalty = less % of Potential, example; you'll only get 2.25% Agility instead of getting 4.50%)
As for Potential in Weapons and Rings,
5.80% Physical Attack (Must have!!)
5.80% Magical Attack (Optional)
4.50% Agility (Must have!!)
17.0% Critical (Optional)
As for Potential in Armors, Necklace and Earrings,
4.50% Agility (Must have!!)
3.50% Intelligence (Optional)
3.25% Vitality (Optional)
6.50% MaxHP (Must have!!)
Heraldry:
Note that:
For stats Heraldry, bonus % is given to respective Heraldry[except Final Damage crest].
(For example, Agility A Crest gives a certain amount of Agility AND bonus 10% of your agility.)
For skill heraldry,
For damage, A crest gives 20%, B crest gives 10%
For CD, A crest gives 12%, B crest gives 8%
For animation, A crest gives 50%, B gives 30%
Stats Heraldry Recommended(you can only use 8 of them, so choose wisely):
Recommended Plate:
Destructive Plate - Boost Physical attack.
Fatal Plate- Boost Critical.
Healthy Plate - Boost Vitality, which provides HP, Physical and Magical defense.
Life Crest- Boost HP.
Magician Crest - Boost Magical attack.
Wind Crest - Boost Agility, provides Physical attack, Critical and Critical resist.
Wise Crest - Boost Intelligence, provides more Magical attack, MP and MP regeneration.
Optional Crest:
Energy Crest - Boost Mana Regeneration.
Final Damage Crest - Boost Final damage.
