Energy Reflection Mirror (or in short, mirror) is an extremely useful skills and can be used in various ways.  I hope this small guide will help other force user to use mirror in various nest/ dungeons.
Functions of Mirror:

1) Damage Booster

The mirror will increase the magical damage dealt to surrounding targets by 20% at lv1, last for 12sec. The AOE of mirror is very large.

*How to know if the mobs / boss are affected by the mirror?
You will notice after you cast the mirror, the target will have some small little shield dropping from the body. So far, nothing in dragon nest is immune to this debuff. You should consider spamming the mirror in a 4 or 8 man party if there are others magical damage user, such as priest, elemental lord and other force users in your party because your party members will deal higher damage and benefit from the debuff too.


*Does the effect stack if i cast more than 1 mirror?
No. Casting more than 1 mirror from the same or different force users gives same effect as 1 mirror.

Previous bug: The effect of the mirror cast by the same force user does not stack even if you cast more than one during time acceleration. However, if the effect of the mirror cast by different force users does stack. In other words, if there are two force user casting mirror in the party, the magical damage dealt can be boosted by 40% in total.

2) Boss Blocker

One of the unique ways to use mirror is as a boss blocker. I will list some important examples where mirror can be used as such.

Apocalypse Nest (normal/hellmode):
* Electric Ogre Stage: This is the classic usage of mirror. After the HP reaches HPx1, he will start using his hugging/tackling attack, which is an instant KO if you are not a paladin on avatar mode. Near the last bar of his HP, erect a mirror in front / inside the ogre, and  see this cute little dude trying to chase after you/your party members but simply couldn't get near.




Sea Dragon Nest
* Mutant Cerberus Stage: Block the cerberus with the mirror along with other priest's relic to prevent him from moving around.

Archbishop Nest:
* Revived Punisher Blast Stage: He will invincible at the start of the stage and will be chasing you and your party members. Use the mirror to block his advance, while your party members clears all the mobs in front. (see the video below).

Green Dragon Nest:
* Stage 4 Queen Zeebel: Block the rolling attack of the spider queen.


3. Projectile Blocker

This feature can be useful at time to block projectiles or the like from bosses.

Some examples are:
* Manticore (normal/hellmode): Mirror is especially useful in blocking the chasing tornado summoned by manticore in hellmode.

* Electric Ogre in Apocalypse Nest (hellmode mode): The chasing lighting ball can be blocked with the mirror. You don't have to run around like others do.

* Monta in Sea Dragon Nest stage 6: The binding vine which is crawling on the floor can be blocked with the mirror.

* Sea Dragon battle: Ice age of sea dragon (ice bind) can be blocked with mirror. Strictly speaking, this is not even a projectile. It is acts more like a dummy to be frozen on behalf of yourself.

* Darklair: Block the cannons at R19 survival stage.

* Chaos Crevice: Cannon shot by the Tiger at stage 2.

* Green Dragon Nest:  Block freezing ball by Morgon at stage 2; block eye ball attack of one eyed kraken at stage 3; block flame tornado of green dragon at stage 6.


4. Self Blocker

Mirror can be used to block yourself and your party member from falling into the suction hole of stage 2 in sea dragon nest in case you got the poison island.

I wish every Force User knew that, sometime they put mirror in such stupid places that because of it boss wipes/does heavy damage to all party members.

EDIT: also chaos i didnt have any laser path skills when i solo apoc....but i did when i solo manticore nest so that video might be more useful haha

You can also use mirror in sea dragon Stage 2 Poison islet to block people falling into the hole

Yea, light reminds me of another usage of mirror: block yourself and your party member.

Now I think that I should skill it again.

Chaos. I also noticed in Manti boss you can block the tornadoes with mirror. And I also noticed that sometimes I dodged his air slam by jumping on my Mirror. Will test it again later~.

Yea, you can block tornado with mirror, especially useful in hell manti when he summon the chasing tornado in the air.

yea, jumping on the mirror also let u avoid slam attack...

damn did it get a boost or was it this epic all the time?

The hardness of the mirror was boosted once after T3. Before that, the mirror can be broken if being hit hard enough.

And AOE of the mirror was also boosted after T3.

updated the usage of mirror based on the v92 cDN update.

The mirror ability to block stuff is reduced very significantly after this update.

However, it is better in terms of dmg boosting since it doesn't block your own party member projectiles anymore.

also, it is more transparent since it doesn't vibrate and blur your vision. And it doesn't make the annoying sound anymore .

Can u identify exactly how much its utility was reduced, does it still work on apo? Manti? Bishop? Or has it just turned into a Only dmg booster?

you can still use mirror in most of the scenario above (i updated it when mirror was nerf)

in some new patch they say the mirror has a hp bar.. does this mean the mirror will become breakable? or the hp bar shows the duration of the mirror?

and just to clarify.. the new patch allows attacks to pass thru the mirror.. in pvp situations.. does it block enemies attacks anymore?

last one... does priest's cure negate this debuff?

it is breakable now, but it is very tough to break it..... (the latest update note in DN KR says it's 100x of the user HP)

yes , it blocks your enemy projectile while allows your own/your party member projectile to pass through it.

yes, priest relic of cure will remove this debuff on your enemy's party....but, the relic of cure refreshes the curing effect once every few seconds (you can see the wave coming out from the relic once every few seconds), the debuff will still be in effect, in BETWEEN the wave of curing.....

oh thanks!!!... one more thing.. if the person is debuffed.. then walks out of the range of the mirror.. is he still under the debuff (if still under... for how long? the whole duration of the mirror?) or the debuff only last per wave?

do you think it is worth maxing the mirror for the debuff or just keep it as lvl 1?
