b:Bug description: Trying to exchange for Christmas tree uses up the materials but gives you no Christmas tree at all.

b.It cannot redeem keys although i have enough  christmas tree a few days ago . When i check it yesterday it say no keys left . It is because i check lately. If MMOsite could inform us at facebook or any other pages we only could know that it is already fixed.
D. I hope MMOsite could restock the key that is in the link that i gave.

A. Bug
a. I can't win my Star from flash games, even if i scored twice the score limit(for the star), a message appears saying that i'm supposed to try harder to win the Star.

According to administrators, there is a CHANCE of getting the Christmas Bell. It is supposedly 50%.

Suggestion.

b. With all these events going on (Christmas tree), there are some people trying to spam the forum with useless posts/threads to gain forum points to exchange for gold and eventually, exchange for coins and gain more trees.
I saw a few threads and already reported them, which was already deleted. However, the users than spammed did not get banned, and perhaps they can start all over again (spamming) without any penalty.

c. Your Opinion about the bug/suggestion
I know that spamming is very strict here, but there are very less moderators. (I'm unsure about this)
Also, I realise that there isn't any word limit when posting, example you can post a 3 word post, just saying the word "abc"
Maybe word limit isn't much of a matter, but you can spam post without any cooldown. In other forums, there's posts cooldowns, like after you posted 1 time, you have to wait 30 seconds to post another post, to prevent excessive spamming.EDIT: Ok, I just realised that there's a 15 second interval between posting. But it's like a little too short... Hope you could extend it
Or maybe you guys could make a report function so that users can help moderators to report a post/thread. Cause so far, the only way to report as I know, is to message an administrator/moderator.

i got bug in some event....
1- Let's share funny pictures! quest: reviewing take too long.
2.- Share Your X'mas&New Year Game Life: took too long but finally i got completed.... but I didnt get reward . It said Congrats! You have received the task rewards!
Bonus Coins 1000, Bonus EXP 100, Bonus Snowflakes 1 . You have 1656 Coins and 1185 EXP now!... well I m sure i never get 1000 coins
3.- I didnt get coins in answer.. I answered some question in this section and nothing... plz check it

That depends on the time zone.
Our server is located in LA, so daily quests will automaticly refresh on 00:00 (UTC -8 or PST). So that's why its been called "daily quest" not 24 hours quest like most of MMOs.

As for your suggestions for http://accounts.mmosite.com, it's super hard to find a better country data, we're using google's database. But it still miss something. Do you have any suggestion?

As for the level and experience bug at my.mmosite.com, we're working on the brand new my.mmosite.com for our MMOsiters. So sorry for inconvinient at the moment.

As for the search function at gamelist.mmosite.com, I do really hate the god damn roman numerals. Its been named everquest II, the same as the official site and the Logo.  Thx for telling us this mistake, we'll fix that asap. And about the follow function, I think our programmers forgot to add this stuff in our new gamelist. We'll fix that asap.

Dunno if this is a BUG, but there it goes: When i try to use the  "Advanced Search" the word Dragona keeps appearing and even if i erease it it keeps apearing again, so i'm unable to do a propper search.

Your Opinion about the suggestion: I think it really degrades the quality of the website by allowing guests to post, not all bad, but most of them are, flaming the community and allowing bots to advertise and spam their gold selling websites without the threat of being banned.

I already noticed this problem as nowadays our blog is coming more and more popular.

The comments block system is now already under development. It will be released in the next patch.
