hack program detected huhu

how do i get rid of this problem?? it was ok last week. it happend only last night. i cant start and play coz it exits in the char screen.. it says hack program detected. i dont have any malicious programs here except YM. call that malicious!

how do i get rid of this??

    dissable antivirus and redownload and reinstall, clear whole registry that contains the name of the game and hack shield, defragment, restart pc, if that doesn't help contact their support
