En Masse Account Creation

So I'm trying to create an account for TERA and the site keeps giving me the error:



Because I can't create an account, I can't contact their customer support(which is rather silly imo). So I have no idea how to deal with this issue. Does anyone have any advice?

What the norse... So you cant contant customer support because you dont have an account and cant create one because you get an error... brilliant...!!!!

Maybe there is some open help around 'EnMass' that will help you out... let me check...

And as far as I saw, no, there's nothing on their site to help in the event of account creation failure.

im having the same issue.. tried everything in the support page.. nothing.. worked..

Yea.. just uninstalled it. it was forcing me to buy and account after download and wouldn't let me play the free one. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I am getting the same error no matter which browser I use. I found an email to contact their customer service at, this is all it said. It is necessary to have a contract to request personal assistance. I email back on how to get one. They send me the same thing back. What kind of customer service is that?
