The Idea about New Class in Maplestory

Now the new class has not come. Many players can imagine how does this new class. Below is one idea I got from a maplestory fansite. The author is Zefffff. Now check below infos:

Ok, this new class uses Whips with fast speed (Like the Abyssal Whip from Runescape, Not red whip though) 1st Job - Whip Adept / 2nd Job - Whip Officer / 3rd Job - Whip Captain / 4th Job - Whip Commander.

The class is born out of a hybrid between a warrior and a pirate.

Here's the storyline: After the Heros' seal away the Black Mage, some of the Fragments of Corruption from his staff were left scattered across the world.
One day, a 17 year old boy named Forge, who was denied the rights to becoming a warrior or a pirate for his physical abilities, stumbles across 4 Fragments of Corruption
from the Black Mage's staff.

He picked up the fragments and was immediately over-whelmed by the great power. He heard a voice in his head, and knew he had to do something fast, and maybe
with this ordeal he could prove himself worthy of being a warrior or a pirate. He finds himself fighting his inner being, and overtakes it in a difficult struggle. After regaining his thoughts, he notices a whip in front of him. He picks it up and it forms a holy vine around his hand. He tries to pull it off, but it won't come off. Thus, he finds his great power and offers his them to fight the evil corruption which overtook him that day.

Sorry for bad story, I thought of it in haste.
The class focuses around whips and the use of holy attributes.
(I know I didn't put MP usage for some of them, but I will later)

Class uses - Str and Dex - (Equal amounts, unlike Warrior OR Pirate.)

1st job -
Whiplash - Strikes 4 enemies 2 times, dealing damage. (Active)
Level 1: Mp cost 12 - 115% damage, 230% total - 4 enemies.
Level 20: Mp cost 24 - 185% damage, 370% total - 4 enemies.

Whip Wind - Sends your whip spinning into the air, creating a whirlwind to push enemies back and deal damage. (Active)
Level 1: Mp cost 38 - Does 250% damage to 6 enemies, pushing them back
Level 20: Mp cost 20 - Does 350% damage to 8 enemies, pushing them back

Whip Energy - Gives you the speed and nimbleness of the whip. (Passive)
Level 1: Avoid + 50, Speed + 5
Level 10: Avoid + 250, Speed + 15

Holy Armour -Temporarily increases your weapon defense. (Active)
Level 1: Mp -8, Def +10, Duration 110 sec.
Level 20: Mp - 14, Def +200, Duration 300 sec.

2nd job -
Whip Mastery - Increases whip mastery (Passive)
Level 1: Whip Mastery 12%, Acc + 3
Level 20: Whip Mastery 50%, Acc + 60

Whip Booster - Increases whip attacking speed. Must have whip equipped (Active)
Level 1: Mp - 30, Duration 10 seconds.
Level 20: Mp -11, Duration 200 seconds.

Final Attack - Grants a chance to deal extra damage after an attack. Must have whip equipped (Passive)
Level 1: Proc chance 2%, Damage 100%
Level 20: Proc chance 40%, Damage 150%

Angel's Aurora - Summons an angel to fight for you. Can hit up to 2 monsters at a time. (Active)
Level 1: Damage 154%, Duration 75 seconds.
Level 20: Damage 300%, Duration 200 seconds.

Quad Whip - Attacks 4 enemies 2 times, slowing them in the process (Active)
Level 1: Damage 200% per hit, Enemy speed -20 for 5 seconds
Level 20: Damage 280% per hit, Enemy speed -40 for 20 seconds

Rigor - Improves Str and Dex permanently through training. (Passive)
Level 1ermanently increases Str and Dex by 3
Level 10: Permanently increases Str and Dex by 30

3rd job -
Whip Spree - A deadly strike that hits 3 enemies 2 times. (Active)
Level 1: Damage 125% Per hit
Level 20: Damage 195% Per hit

Holy Drain - Whenever you take damage, it takes a portion of the damage taken and converts some to Hp and some goes back to the enemy who hits you. (Active
Level 1: When hit, 1% of damage is absorbed, .5% goes to Hp, .5% reflected back, Duration 60 seconds
Level 20: When hit, 5% of damage is absorbed, 2.5% goes to Hp, 2.5% reflected back, Duration 200 seconds

Whip Concussion - Hits 2 monsters for 350% damage, Cooldown (Active)
Level 1: 2 monsters hit for 350% damage, 15 sec cooldown.
Level 20: 2 monsters hit for 350% damage, 5 sec cooldown.

Angel Alliance - Boosts the damage of Angel's Aurora permanently (Passive)
Level 1: Weapon attack + 5 when angel is summoned, Damage +50% (350%)
Level 20: Weapon attack + 15 when angel is summoned, Damage + 150% (450%)

Holy Bind - Snares 10 opponents, Hurting and slowing them for longer (Must have Level 20 Quad Whip) (Active)
Level 1: Snares 10 opponents, Damage 150%, Speed - 45
Level 10: Snares 10 opponents, Damage 175%, Speed - 60

Holy Defuse - Has a chance to cancel all enemy buffs and prevent them for casting new buffs. Cooldown 60 seconds. (Active)
Level 1: Mp - 35, Success rate 24%, Buff Block Duration 8 seconds.
Level 20: Mp - 15, Success rate 100%, Buff Block Duration 20 seconds.

Whip Tempest - Deals damage to 3 enemies 2 times. (Active)
Level 1: Damage 145% (per hit) 3 hits
Level 20: Damage 205% (per hit) 3 hits

4th job -
Heaven's Infantry - Calls upon ethereal soldiers to attack 6 enemies (Active)
Level 1: Damage 400%, 3 hits on 4 enemies
Level 30: Damage 700%, 3 hits on 4 enemies

Maple Warrior - Increase stats by a certain percentage for everyone in the party. (Active)
Level 1: Mp -10; All stats +1%, Duration 30 seconds
Level 30: Mp - 60; All stats +15% for 900 seconds

Whip Frenzy - Attacks 4 enemies 8 times, dealing immense damage with great speed, Ignores a portion of their defense. (Active)
Level 1: Damage 100% (Per hit) 6 attacks, Def ignored 6%
Level 30: Damage 140% (Per hit) 6 attacks, Def ignored 15%

Whip Rush - Charge forward, pulling 15 monsters with you and dealing damage (Active)
Level 1: 15 monsters pulled, 125% damage
Level 30: 15 monsters pulled, 150% damage

Holy Convulse - You smash your whip into the ground, striking terror into the souls of any enemies who stand in your path (Active)
Level 1: Damage 1140%, Monsters hit 15, Cooldown 120 seconds
Level 30: Damage 1500%, Monsters hit 15, Cooldown 120 seconds

Whip Discipline - Increases Mastery, weapon attack, and critical rate permanently (Passive)
Level 1: Whip Mastery + 56%, Attack + 1, Minimum Critical Damage + 1%
Level 30: Whip Mastery + 70%, Attack + 30, Minimum Critical Damage + 15%

Divine Torrential Lashing - Strikes 1 opponent 8 times for massive damage.
Level 1: Damage 140%, Cooldown 30 seconds
Level 30: Damage 175%, Cooldown 30 seonds

    I know for sure that a new class that will be coming to maple has to be a class that begins with the letter L to complete the anagram M.A.P.L.E (Mercedes, Aran, Phantom, L, Evan) for the Hero Classes.

    It is also going to be a pirate related class. since we already have our Archer, Warrior, Thief & Mage.

    In total Maplestory will have 25 Classes.
