How to fight?
What attacks will I use?
Your main attacking skills are : monkey madness, cannon barrage, cannon bazooka, cannon spike, monkey wave(when it gets fully charged at the small chance it does) and the occasional nautilius strike. Also monkey militia and anchors aweigh if you count those as attacks.
Attacking Skills Analysis
Cannon Barrage : 125% damage x 5 with a bonus 15% crit rate. This is pretty much only when you're 1v1ing somebody and it has a pretty bad vertical range. Still is a skill you'll use though haha
Cannon Bazooka : 350% damage x 2 freaking huge range 5 second cooldown. This is the skill you use to destroy a huge mob or people with low health that you can snipe using this.
Monkey Madness : 254% damage x 5 10% stun rate and 5 second cooldown. This is your STRONGEST move in pvp. It can deal incredible damage to most people even without pvp attack and just demolishes everyone when you get high pvp attack + fist buff.
Cannon Spike : 159% damage x 3 Your mobbing move in pvp when bazooka is on cooldown. Also the skill I usually use to jump cast attacks.
Monkey Wave : 685% damage 10% stun chance Pretty nice range. This is another mobbing move you use when things like madness and bazooka are on cooldown. Only use this when it's actually fully charged from the 20% proc chance to.
Nautilius Strike : 405% damage x 3 30second cooldown Your ultimate in pvp. It isn't so great to use when you're in a crowd unless you can probably kill them all with this. It does high damage and hits a huge area of the map but is slow as hell.
Monkey Militia : 170% damage lasts for 10 seconds and has a 10second cooldown Attacks constantly; deals nice damage
Anchors Aweigh : 195% damage with a chance to stun and pull people towards it This hits pretty hard but attacks kind of slow but it has a nice horizontal range
Buffs and other useful skills
Mega Monkey Magic : +700 hp and mp, +40 all stats, +15 speed, +10 jump, +250 acc and avoid~ Just a buff to increase survivability
Booster : Attack faster. Simple as that
Counter Crush : 20% chance to block an attack and counter with 160% damage <~freaking amazing op skill
Pirate's Spirit : ^increases that freaking op 20% counter chance by ANOTHER 15%. Also provides you with 80% stance
Roll of the Die : same as outside pvp. 1 does nothing, 2 increases defense, 3 max hp and mp, 4 crit rates, 5 more damage, 6 doesn't exist in pvp
Barrel Roulette : 5% chance to inflict slow, darkness, stun, or freeze. Pretty low activation but it really does help when it does activate
Hero's Will : saves you from status effects! has a cooldown though. It removes all status effects including pally threaten and demonslayer demoncry (the buff still shows on you but it has no real effect ). Definitely have 1 point in it for when you get status effected.
Classes and what to watch out for about them
Bishops
Bishops usually won't be very tanky but their skills like holy magic shell and doom saves them a lot
hitting a fire or other attack that a map creates undoes doom and your summons (militia and anchor) pierces guard
their dispel isn't too bad against us we aren't affected to badly
I/L AM
glacial chain can be annoying to deal with because of how it prevents you from moving but it has a terrible vertical range
just stay a little above the il or below and glacial chain won't hit you
nothing much to say about these guys
F/P AM
Avoid their poison mist at all costs
the poison won't seem like much but really takes down a lot of hp over time
make sure you get away from it also because F/Ps can cast mist eruption which will do heavy damage @_@
Battlemages
One of the best pvp classes imo
when you are doing no-hits on them, get away from them they're on body boost + advanced blue aura = you can't hit them
when they are encased in a tornado, they will do heavy damage on you but are very limited in movement (no jumping) and also can't be hit so avoid them in this
when they are in a dome thing . . you can't hit them so just avoid it
they're also kind of tanky
Evans
Can't say much barely see any evans pvping
they don't hit that high but attack fast
and I don't think they really cause any status effects to watch out for
they can take quite a bit of hits though :0
Drks
Will snipe you with impale from lower platforms when they can @_@
watch out for that pretty much
and they're tanky cuz of high hp :0
lolmagnet is also pretty annoying <_> doesn't let you move
Heroes
Can be dangerous when having all 10 combo orbs just hope a bishop is there to dispel them :0
can darkness you with panic
generally hit high in pvp since rage gives them like 10 battle attack or something
Paladins
God dam tanks
threaten can be countered with hero's will ( the threaten thing is above your head but will have no real effect after you hero's will )
guard a lot :0 and heal :0
Demon Slayers
Annoying ass demon cry and they can drain
not too hard to deal; aren't super tanky, just watch out for their pging
demon cry can be undone by hero's will ( same thing happens as threaten )
Aran
From what I hear, they've gotten much stronger in pvp ever since the new alliance patch
don't fight these guys in mobs . .they'll drain their hp back
tempest is kind of annoying since it slows you down but you can't really dodge it unless you know exactly where the aran is and have time to get away
many arans will snipe you from platforms below you using OS and FB
